Siraj Delhve with B.E Electrical and M.Tech in Communication Engineering and Computer Technology,did MBA in HR and served the nation as an army officer and then joined Secure Meters Private Limited.
After completing engineering, Siraj opted to serve the Indian Army. It was 1996 when Siraj completed 23 years with position of Lieutenant Colonel.
Siraj started his career with joining Secure Meters in 1996. He served as Vice President in Human Resources Function and worked on Talent Acquisition, Deployment, Performance Management, People Development for competence and behavior, Managing Compensation and set up regular support functions under HR service. He was then associated with ReGen Powertech, a Wind Turbine manufacturing organization looking after plant Operations and Group HR.
His expertise lies in Organizational and People Development. He has been conducting training on various management topics and has more than 800 training sessions to his credit. The Subject expertise include Performance Management Systems. KRA and KPI Designing, Role designing, Succession Planning, Team building sessions, communication and Time Management with interpersonal Skills.
He is member of various professional bodies like Institute of Engineers, Indian Institute of Plant Engineers, Computer Society of India, National Institute of Personnel Management, HRD Networks, Ahmedabad Management Association and Indian Society for Training and Development and Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming, USA.
