Flt. Lt. (Dr.) Manmeet Sardalia is a MBA(HR) and Ph.D. in Managerial Effectiveness. A retired Short Service Commissioned Officer of the Indian Air Force. Served in the Indian Air Force as a Class I Gazette Officer. Worked as one of the Pioneer Lady Officer.
After the stint in the IAF, post uniform, she started another phase of life as an academician. Delved into this exciting field of commerce and management, by matching the experience gained in IAF with academic insights accrued, as a result of the foray into intellectual arena, as a management educator and Corporate Trainer.
With more than 20 years of uniquely rich & varied experience in the Indian Air force as well as at University College of Commerce and Management Studies and Faculty of Management Studies, MLSU, she is a perfect blend of Industry and Academy, and has a never ending passion for training.
Her deep perspective yet outstanding simplicity leaves an everlasting impact on participants as well as those who know her. She underwent “Train the Trainer” program conducted by Infosys and has been facilitating people with her training skills in discovering their own potential. Having designed and conducted many development programs in behavioral areas, she has done workshops on leadership, team building, creativity and problem solving, networking skills, time management, communication and presentation skills, transactional analysis, goal setting, performance management, conflict management, counseling and feedback skills, and many more.
She has been conducting workshops, outbound training programs, Motivational Sessions, Inbound training sessions competency assessments to cater the needs of the academic institutions as well as the corporate world. Some of them are National Cadet Corps (NCC), Semco Electric Pvt Ltd, Jaipur, IOC, ICFAI, Techno NJR, SBBJ, UCCMS, Chambers of Commerce, Pacific College, FMS, MLSU and many more.
