With a Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, Dr. Manisha Agarwal is a behavior science expert and Corporate Trainer and an academician with 19 years of experience in training and development area. In academics world she teaches management and organizational behavior.
She is associated with IIM, Udaipur as faculty and counsellor. She is also a certified competency assessor from TV Rao Learning Systems (TVRLS), Bangalore and has successfully conducted exercises on Assessment and Development Centre and Competency Mapping for many clients in corporate and academic world.
She has also designed and conducted workshops on behavior change like leadership development, team building, communication skills, e-mail management, office communication, presentation skills, developing positive attitude, motivation, time management, goal setting, performance management, conflict management, counselling and feedback skills, and so on.
She has worked as a resource faculty in Entrepreneurship Development Programs, and motivational workshops conducted by Universities, NGOs and various Institutes of national repute like Institute of Charted Accountants of India, Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, Indian Railways, Udaipur Chambers of Commerce and Industries (UCCI) etc. She is also a visiting faculty in the University of Udaipur, and Jodhpur.
